Shopfloor Staff at Advance come to work at 8am and have Friday Afterrnoons off

Office Staff start at 8.30am and leave at 4pm on Fridays

A good environment, relaxed atmosphere, canteen, pension and training all help us to retain our skilled workforce. Employees average over 11 years of service with 33 years the longest served.

Advance is 75 years old in 2014 and we plan to be around for some time!
